(lol) I read: “Congrats to {removed} PD/afternoon delight {name removed} whose passion for all things online translates into a promotion to Digital Program Director for Clear Channel…In addition to his normal broadcast day {name removed} will now oversee digital content development, audience engagement and social media applications for the cluster’s eight websites.”
My translation: they couldn’t afford to hire anyone…and/or no one wanted to work for that company due to low pay, and/or too many duties and expectations…so they stuck this person with it, because they could…
